①One exclusive distributorship for one product in one country
or region;
②Distributor can choose to pay for exclusive distributorship
of one or all product;
③Contract value and the first order shall depend on different
market situations in the country or region;
④All distributors, irrespective of country or region, enjoy the
same ex-works price;
⑤A uniform threshold price is defined to stabilize the pricing
system;
⑥Regional trespasses are prohibited in order to protect the exclusive
right of distributors;
⑦Contracted distributors are required to take technical training
(free of charge) and provide after-sales services in respective
region;
